Hello, Thanks for your interest in Tangram's Smart Rope! We provide 2 year warranty for the jump rope handles. The LEDs are covered under 60-day warranty. For your reference, continuous usage of the rope on rough/hard surfaces will deteriorate the protective tubing and may require replacement. Thanks, Tangram Factory

Hello, If your LED lights are defective you can mail us at info@tangramfactory.com, and we can help you try and fix the the problem. If you bought it only 9 months ago, you are still within warranty, so if we cannot fix your rope from afar we will send you a new one! Q: I’m 162cm, can’t decide if I should get small or medium if small ends at 163 and medium starts at 165. Any ideas?

I'm 170cm and medium is too long for me. You should get a small.

Our sizing guidance for SmartRope LED is as follows:  Small: 5’ ~ 5’4” (152 ~ 163cm)  Medium: 5’5” ~ 5’9” (164 ~ 175cm)  Large: 5’10” ~ 6’2” (176 ~ 188cm) SmartRope PURE and ROOKIE feature one-size freely adjustable ropes.
