This pillow is like no other. Trust me; I've been trying to find a replacement for the one my chiropractor gave me 33 years ago. Yes, I'd been sleeping on the same pillow for 33 years with the assistance of five pillow protectors to keep it sanitary. Alas...here I found my new one! ❤This is NOT a memory foam pillow. If you like a memory foam pillow that squeezes down to nothing after laying on it this isn't it. This pillow holds its curvature all night without fail. No bunching or re-bunching your pillow as you sleep. It simply stays where it is all night and all day and is ready for when you sleep again.The pillow can be used in two directions depending on the length of your neck or firmness you desire. I use both sides depending on what feels better at the time. The foam is narrower on one side so that a shorter neck might fit better but also can serve as less curvature. The middle part (between the two sides) is a softer material designed to allow the skull to rest on a soft area rather than the firmer foam, although the firmer area is not hard enough to bother your skull.I'm in love with this pillow. It travels with me and because its corners are so square it's never lost amoung other pillows.This pillow fits a standard pillow case nicely and looks great on the bed.Apparently this pillow cannot be purchased in a store. Your local chiropractor may be able to order it, however, the chiropractor I called said I had to make an appointment-no thank you. I ordered it right here on Amazon.I was concerned about money back guarantee. When I called the company they stated that as long as I did not remove the plastic covering over the pillow that I could return it within 30 days. I was concerned because what if this pillow was not made like my original one.When the pillow arrived it was a bit stiff so I did try to use it with the plastic on. That wasn't working for me so I ripped that plastic off, put my pillowcase on and decided it was mine whether I liked it or not. Luckily for me the initial firmness went away within a week and I have myself a brand new pillow that I absolutely love!I'm a back, side, and stomach sleeper. My 33 year old pillow had broken down so much that my right shoulder was hurting because apparently I sleep more on my right side than any other of my four sides. My shoulder pain is gone, I'm sleeping better, and I have a great looking pillow again. I'm still using five pillow protectors because I hope this one will last at least half as long as the first one.Did I say I love this pillow? This pillow is a secret that shouldn't be kept so here you go. My neck needs this support.

This pillow was one of the biggest factors in relieving should pain I had been dealing with for years! I can't say enough good things about it! Highly recommended!

This pillow is harder, more firm, than the one that I originally purchased but perhaps it is because the one I just replaced was probably 15 yrs. old. I love this pillow and it is the only one that I sleep well with. I am a side sleeper and a back sleeper and either way, this pillow is perfect. I just wish this one would soften up just a bit. And a side note... my 19 yr. old kitty loves it too. The middle part is indented ever so slightly and must be comfortable for her too.

I have a severe neck injury with chronic pain and headaches and was recommended this pillow by a chiropractor years ago. That chiropractor retired and I could no longer find the pillow for a bit. I'm glad a 3rd party seller decided to sell this pillow because it's the only pillow I can use now. And the price point is way better than some of the medical supply stores sell it for. It does need to be replaced every 4-6 months for me because it does break down. One of the best recommendations is to not go to sleep with wet hair. That breaks it down faster. If you are just starting out using this pillow it does take some getting used to. You might be sore for a few days when first starting out using it. Make sure to tuck it into your shoulder if you sleep on your side first before settling into bed. That will help with the soreness factor. Good luck and get this pillow. We've purchased pillo pedic pillows in the past as my husband suffers from headaches and have always had success with these pillows. When it came time to purchase a new one, I read the tag on the one he is currently using to make sure I purchased the correct one. Unfortunately, when this pillow arrived, we noticed immediately that is is entirely too firm - he cannot even use it because it is so uncomfortable. I even tried it, as I am much less sensitive and I can't use it either. I also tried leaning against it in bed to read, and even that was uncomfortable! Very disappointed considering the pillow is very expensive to start with, and is non-returnable...

I have used this brand of pillow for the last 30 years. They have been great for my neck and relieved my constant headaches. All aspects of the newer version of the pillow is perfect except for the thickness. It's about 1-2 inches to thick and puts my neck at a tilted instead of neutral position when laying on my side or on my back. I wish there was a way to reduce the thickness because then it would be perfect. I bought the regular size which fit perfect in the past. I have tried a smaller size but it was to low and the neck bumps where too small so mow I am left trying to figure out how to shave off a inch or two so I an use my pillow.

This pillow works better for neck pain than anything I've tried (and I've tried them all). For me, memory foam bottoms out and feels hard. I've been using this pillow for over 20 years when my chiropractor first recommended it. There was a while when I could not find this pillow and had to try others and was never able to find one that worked and always went back to my old Pillo-Pedic. Luckily this showed up in an automated Amazon email and I immediately snatched one up. I had been using my old one for so long that it was completely worn out (but it still worked better than all others). I highly recommend this pillow for neck pain
