Q: Can this wallet be used with a phone case?

Yes. The Geo Wallet magnetically attaches to caseless iPhones with MagSafe (12 series or later, excluding 13/12 mini), iPhones with an official MagSafe case or HaloLock case, or standard cases fitted with a magnetic ring (e.g. the ESR HaloLock Universal Ring).

Q: What Apple Find My features are supported?

The Geo Wallet supports real-time location tracking (note: Wallet has to be in Bluetooth range of other Apple devices), Left Behind notifications if the wallet is separated from your iPhone, sound notifications for locating the wallet within a 50-m range, and Lost Mode so if someone finds your Wallet they can get your contact details and return it safely to you.

Q: How can I remove the wallet from find my?

"If you wish to remove the Geo Wallet from the Find My app on your iPhone, first ensure that the Wallet is within Bluetooth range of your phone (< 50 m), open your Find My app and in the Items tab, select your Wallet, scroll down and tap Remove Item. Removing the Geo Wallet from your Find My app while within Bluetooth range of your phone ensures that you will be able to re-pair the Wallet to your phone in the future without difficulty. Note: if you remove the Wallet when it is outside Bluetooth range, your phone will not be able to discover the Wallet again unless you perform a factory reset (short press power button 4 times, then long press for 3 secs)."

Q: How do I check the wallet's battery life?

Open your Find My app, then in the Items tab, tap your Geo Wallet. You will see the battery life bar just below the name of your Geo Wallet. We recommend charging your Geo Wallet using the included cable at least once every 3 months to ensure it is always powered on and trackable.
