There was a spot on my big toe nail. The spot appeared as if the nail was injured by an impact, but it would never grow out.While at an appointment I asked my Dr if she believed the spot were toenail fungus and she responded in the affirmative.When asked what to do and which product to purchase, this was the one which was suggested. I was also told to use as directed.After reading a few reviews I purchased the product and received it in a day or two, thanks Amazon. It has been eight weeks and the spot is gone. It faded and eventually grew out, and was clipped off.The directions say to use once a day for a week and then once a day after that. Due to only having one infected nail I applied the product twice a day. Be sure when applying to get under the front side of the nail as well.I did read a review where one person stated that the product was expensive. For an eight plus week product applied twice a day, I don't think so. Secondly, are you really going to keep fungus on your nails to save a few bucks?

100% recommend this product. It's legit.Little backstory, Im active duty mil and my boots cause frequent struggles with athlete's foot.I wish I had gotten pics before and after, but I didn't really expect this product to work as well as it has!My right big toe nail was practically just 1 big yellow leukonychia spot (had to look this up, not sure if I'm using it right??). But its those (usually) small deformity spots, normally white, that develop after you like crush your finger or something like that. My nail was just that kinda spot. No normal nail visible and it was yellow.My nail also didn't grow properly anymore. On the right side of the nail, it basically had permanently detached, and from the nail bed, it grew off the skin. The nail was also very bumpy and the tip formed a wave, basically.I've used this product as they directed on the package for about 3-4 weeks and HOLY CRAP! The nail is normal colored again (for the 1st time in 3 years) and I only have 1 small white spot at the tip that's about grow off. And the nail actually grows properly, again. It's also even again (texture-wise).100% recommended! It's worth it! Especially if you have to use footwear that can't breath for work!!

I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection on my big toe for a while, and I started using these Kerasal patches for 14 nights straight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly impressed. After just two weeks, I saw a visible difference as the nail looks a little lighter, less thick, and isn’t lifting as much as it used to. I took a one-week break after finishing the first round, and now I’ve started again. The patches are easy to use, stay on overnight, and don’t cause any irritation.Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the patches could be a little better in size for larger nails like the big toe, and they’re a bit pricey for a short supply but they definitely work if you’re consistent. I’ll keep using them and hope for continued improvement!

This does dry up but does not cure it ive been usimg it for months and still have fungus

This stuff works but it takes a long time we're talking a couple years. I had three toenails on one foot that were horrible. I had to wear special shoes cuz the big toe nail was so thick. It's been almost 2 years now of using it six out of 7 days without fail. And that toenail is now down to about 1/4 of what it used to be. The other two toenails one is completely healed and one is about 1/4 left to heal. You have to be diligent you can't give up you have to be patient. It does work but you also have to soak your toenails couple times a week and then use one of those cuticle sticks to scrape out the dead debris under the toe. If you're patient and willing to give it a try it will work for you. Here are also some other hints. Store the bottle with the cap up do not start with the cap down! Because it does drip or leak as you store it. You get very little for the price but you don't need much in fact when you're using it don't even squeeze it just gently press the rubber tip onto the nail or specifically under the nail bed as much as you can. But don't squeeze it you'll use it up in 2 weeks!

Struggled with nail fungus since 2020. Nothing worked and I can stop doing my nails cause I hate my natural ones so that didnt help the situation. I tried this and I just finished my first tube and my nails are normal looking again. Growing even and no longer have the discolored look of fungus and is actually healthy. This is my first time reviewing a product and I really am happy finally with my nails. They havnt been this long naturally in years. I'd say get it even in doubt cause it's def worth it. I tried many products and gave this one a try and thrilled I did

I'll be honest, I was not expecting much when I first bought this. Certainly not the touted “2 days for improvement” when I've struggled with stubborn fungus for years.But to my amazement, it was true (or close to true, idk if it was exactly 2 days). The affected skin started scrubbing off. After using a full tube, my nails are finally regrowing properly.My one complaint is the size of each tube. I wish they were a little bigger for the cost.
