Padded, but may not be for everyone
A nice fit for the Flex; padding is fairly stiff; the zipper is not great - too brittle for consistent use. If you don’t need to access your Flex regularly, it should work fine.

I picked up this black and orange hard case for a Ledger Flex, and I am impressed with how durable and well-designed it is. The case feels solid, the color combo looks sharp and professional, the zipper is sturdy, and the interior is nicely padded with extra pouches. The included carabiner is a huge plus—it’s easy to clip onto my bag or belt, so I never have to worry about misplacing my electronic accessories.While this case is specifically designed for the Ledger Flex and other bitcoin wallets, I have found it to be more versatile; I have used this case to store phone cords, ear pieces, rechargeable batteries, USB thumb drives, and several random electronic accessories I need to take with me for media production gigs. Everything fits snugly and stays protected, and the hard shell gives me peace of mind that nothing is getting crushed or lost in this mini gear case.

Slightly smaller than stated, but very good quality nonetheless.
This carrying semi-hard case is of excellent quality. The construction and materials are great, but a strong glue smell was present, so I needed to air it out a bit first. The internal pocket is handy and the zipper is smooth too. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with, is the stated internal dimensions are smaller than they say. The outside is accurate, but for the inside, it measures 0.25" less in length, so my item didn't quite fit properly. And it measures a hair shorter in width too, but not too bad.Anyway, this is still a good quality case. Feels tough and rugged. I'll use it to store something else.
