Missing some features and can be buggy at times, but overall really nice
I had a couple of issues navigating the site and had to add a translation extension to my browser. I strongly dislike that I cannot save the profiles to the device and I have to keep the software running at all times. Apart from that, I had a couple of issues, where when trying to set up macros the keys were stuck pressed, and I had to restart the device a few times. The plugins they offer on their site also break on occasion, but, for the most part, they function as they should. The entire setup apart from that is very painless, and I've been using it daily since I got it. It's been awesome to have my folders for school, emails, work, and just a bunch of shortcuts I use every single day. I'd highly recommend this as a less expensive alternative, especially so if you're good with computers and can make your own plugins and set everything up as you'd like it.

Vale la pena
El equipo es bueno , funciona pero aún tiene cosas en chino no traducido y las teclas son algo rígidas. Pero esta bien por el precio.

Not user friendly, plug-ins in Chinese
I wasted an hour of my life trying to get this stream deck up and running. The help online through the website consists of ~10 second videos with a guy giving the most brief explanation of the features. I use Streamlabs desktop, and when I downloaded the plug-in, all of my key options were in Chinese. I tried switching settings to English (everything else already was in English) and it did nothing to help. This product is from a Chinese company and the translations are inaccurate and missing information. Half of the text pop-up boxes wouldn't display the full message. At this point I realized I should have just gone with the elgato and I made the return.

Falling Short of Being a Great Streamdeck Competitor
With outstanding build quality, a great display, useful features, and easy to use software, this would be the ideal Streamdeck… if the Streamdeck didn’t exist.I really wanted to like this product and replace my old Streamdeck MK.1 that has been slowly breaking down after years of daily use, but it’s overall features and support just fall a bit short to make it a direct ‘upgrade’ from an Elgato Streamdeck. It’s likely going to be easier to just list out the pros/cons for this product, otherwise this review would be a page or two long. The Good:-The screen is excellent… it’s a bit dim compared to an Elgato Streamdeck, but the icons look super sharp and blows the Elgato Streamdeck screen away.-The software is a bit rough around the edges, but functional and it’s an easy experience to set your keys and commands up.-The build quality is excellent, the buttons have a nice ‘click’ to them and the metal housing makes this feel like a very premium product. The Bad:-You’re limited on what keys you can bind for macros. I like to use the keys F13 – F24 for all of my binds/macros so the rest of my keyboard is free for their default purpose/function.-The marketplace has a severe lack of plugins. Plugins like Discord, Teamspeak, Shadowplay, Wirecast, etc are all missing. The benefit of and Elgato Streamdeck is that almost anyone can make and support a plugin, so the use cases are insanely high and the chances that you’ll find a plugin for a specific program is even higher. Why does this matter? Well, by using a plugin such as Discord or Teamspeak, you’re able to add buttons that directly interact with that program. Meaning I don’t have to go into Discord, assign F11 to mute, and then assign an F11 macro within the Ulanzi Streamdeck software.-Icons are limited to just one icon design, if you press a key to ‘mute’ your microphone, you can’t have that icon turn red or otherwise indicate that you’ve activated/toggled that button.-The buttons feel nice to press, but they take a bit of force to press when compared to the Elgato Streamdeck, causing the device to slowly slide around as you use it.Overall, the Elgato Streamdeck provides much more features, but it’s also a bit more expensive and it’s been around longer, allowing the Elgato Streamdeck marketplace to mature and evolve to add more plugins/etc. If you’re looking for a simple way to activate macros, single keys, or input text, the Ulanzi Steamdeck might be a good option… but the Elgato Streamdeck does everything it can do and more.Maybe time will be nice to this product and we'll see more support for plugins, but in its current state, I can't recommend it when compared directly to its competition.
