Improves dream recall
I've bought this product four times now, good stuff. It improves my dream recall, so I know it's doing something to my neurotransmitters. I take it in the mornings or early afternoon. If I take it too close to bed, the dreams can almost be too much. I like that it's a low dose. Too much b6, or any supplement, can be unhealthy.

Label needs change, CONFUSING
The label is too similar to your Swanson R-5-P (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate) - Vitamin B2( which I order often). I order this P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) one incorrectly. State clearer B2 or B6 on the label helpful for seniors
