I brought the 12 inch griddle pan for everyday use. It is a great product - a little pricey but worth every $$. The size, quality and the fact that it is non stick is good for making rotis, parathas, dosas, chappatis and frying cutlets etc. It comes with a life long warranty.The only catch is that it is heavy for me personally. I don’t like to wash this product in the dishwasher so I clean it manually.The problem that I have faced so far is that because of the size the heat distribution isn’t even which is fine as it does over time but not instantly. Hence, there are heat marks post first use that I am unable to get rid of. However, it hasn’t affected product performance.It is durable and doesn’t have a lid.Overall a good investment as it is made up of anything material that isn’t harmful for human body.

I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher.Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. I purchased a HexClad set directly from their website during the COVID-19 pandemic, after having repeatedly replaced cheaper brands like T-Fal every year or two. Those pans would always look terrible after a short time, and I’d end up buying a new set for around $30.However, I can confidently say that the HexClad set I bought in 2020 still looks almost brand new. They heat evenly, hold up well, and clean up beautifully. I’ve found that a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a green scrubber work wonders on them, bringing back their shine with minimal effort.My only tip is to season them with oil during the first dozen uses. Simply wipe a small amount of olive oil onto the surface with a paper towel after each use, and over time, they’ll develop a naturally non-stick surface. While a few foods still tend to stick (as they do with most cookware), the seasoning helps make the pans much more resilient and easier to cook with.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the durability and performance of HexClad. It's been a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone tired of constantly replacing cookware.

This pan looks to be good for induction stove cooking, with a raised surface with non-stick surface . I have a similar saucepan which works well, but in reading review online (not here), I have decided to return this pan: the cost was very high (I've never paid that much for any cookware), and from what I have read, it has to be seasoned before using it. I have never had to "season" a non-stick pan before, though I know some cast iron required that. Cast iron is just too heavy for me to use, I was looking for a non-stick pan with lighter weight. This one seems OK but the reviews are turning me off. By the way (I suspected where it was made), the box says "made in P.R.C." - which is "Peoples Republic of China". I'm going to try to find a non stick griddle or get a stainless steel one.

If you have never cooked with hexi-clad, prepare to be wowed. You can use metal utensils but it's still not-stick. Great for making pancakes and grilled cheese.

I use mine nearly every day. It is resistant to scratching while still providing non-stick behavior (mostly). Egg has a sticking problem when cooking, but not after soaking and cleaning. The convex design for shape stability in the oven makes eggs and oils move to the edges. A flat version not for baking would be helpful. Note that as griddles go, this pan is not an iso-thermal slab, so its temperature changes with introduction of food. This is easy to deal with on induction, but is not the characteristic that a professional griddle would provide.
