It's probably a developed taste
This mayo is MUCH healthier than the regular stuff with no crazy processed ingredients. I actually think it tastes better. My wife, however, thinks it is an acquired taste, so it might not be for everyone.

regular mayo is packed with seed oils. This is very pricey per ounce but a high quality product.

Not able to use.
Luckily I was able to get a refund since item was defective but I wouldn't risk buying it again. Expiration date was 8/28/2025 and both were completely separated.
