Product is amazing but had a fault after 2 weeks, Amazon would not offer a replacement even though showing 7 in stock and Informed me I needed to contact the manufacturer for repair. £2k for a top of the range controller with no after sales support. Bit of a joke really but they will never change. Sometimes better purchasing from a reputable shop for any kind of after sales support I think.

It’s a beast
The media could not be loaded. No doubt a very capable machine but takes a lot of getting grips with. The packaged quick start guide touches on the basics but nothing more. I know how to DJ and how these things work but there are so many features I think this will definitely take time to exploit everything it can do and how it does it.The integration of Amazon Music Unlimited has proved great so far, to get access to tracks I don’t own - although it has to analyse downloaded tracks every time they are downloaded.This is a beast. It’s big and weighty. A real feel of build quality but this is not going to hide away subtly when not being used.Really pleased, but will take time to learn!

I did not buy this from Amazon. I got mine from a third party seller online. All I can say is wow! What an outstanding piece of kit this is. Honestly, so surprised with how good this deck is. You do not need a PC/ Laptop with this! All you need is a soundcloud account or whatever you want to use, and you are away.I have a 2 tb ssd built into mine and a 4tb external hard as a back up. At first i was completely overwhelmed with everything but soon got to grips with everything. There are comprehensive tutorials online aswel. Once the stems are fully released, this will be even better than it already is.The price is so reasonable for what you actually get. Honestly, I can't stop playing with mine now. There's so much you can actually do. I find myself learning new things everytime I set it up.If you're looking for a decent set of decks, trust me, this will not dissapoint you!
