Granted I’ve only had this for two days now, but this was an amazing investment. I remember seeing it months back thinking it was too good to be true and ordered some dumbbells instead to work out at home with. However, since I’ve been more consistent at the gym, I would need to order new weights at this point and they aren’t very portable.I work security and have some shifts exceeding 14 hours depending on the day. I can get pretty stir crazy at work and I wanted something that would get me results while on the clock. I did the same thing with forearm trainers back at my old job. I went browsing again and saw this device, and with all the great reviews I figured at this cost it was worth a shot.I can say with full confidence after a mere 8 reps per exercise in each position (also adding in a bicep variant where I have the device against my shoulder) I can feel myself getting a pump after my first set. Knowing I can easily transport it and store it aside at work, use it for quick workouts when I have downtime, and feel the burn after very little use… I’m confident I’ll be seeing excellent results in no time.I can also tell it will be long while before I am strong enough to get up to the highest settings. I get better engagement than with weights and a stronger contraction than cables. It won’t eliminate my upper body days, as cables provide more stretch tension and weights are better for stabilization, but as a way to exercise at work I can say I don’t think there is a better option out there.

I travel for work, so this tool is great for exercise on the go, small enough, build strong, and it targets so many different areas, and also at a good price, no gimmicks like so many others, great addition to your routine

Definitely notice a difference when I use the tool regularly and get a great pump in the arm and chest. I do wish the workout instructions that came with the product were more in depth but I found plenty online. I’d say for strength training this is a good addition to a home gym setup, and the size and mobility is perfect for tossing into a day bag if you travel.

I purchased this item in April 2021. Recently had a stroke and needed to add some lost muscle back. Occasional use is turned into twice daily use, and the results prove that this machine works if you use it and apply yourself. If it worked for me at 81, it should work for anyone. But the machine requires daily use to see results. I'm pleased to have purchased this machine.

I saw this on a commercial and I decided it to give it a try and is amazing how it works, pretty easy to use and easy to storage.

Extremely effective and compact. Pretty heavy, so not for the suitcase. Well enough made and great augment to my bands. Very pleased.

Works as it should and definitely gives a work out. Just bulky and wasn't my type of work out tool. Returned. Some may enjoy tho.

This has been a great product for my elbow rehab! No issues so far. Lots of ways to use it and much safer for my elbow then bands!
