Q: Is there a warranty? How can I contact the manufacturer?

I contacted the maker through Amazon when I had to replace my first clock which didn't work right. Initial warranty I think was 90 days but I got an extended plan through Amazon also.

Q: According to the description it says easy to assemble , how much assembly is needed?

No assembly to mine and it works great.

Q: Does the birds wings flap when it coo coo’s

No wing flapping. The bird’s head dips down and then back up.

Q: Night time sensor does not seem to work. Clock still cuckoo's in the dark. Is the sensor defective?

I would say it probably is. My clock doesn't cuckoo once it get's dark.
