Great product
I bought this device to connect my 11 year old Marantz M-CR610 to Bluetooth giving access to Amazon Prime music. It was easy to set up and the sound quality is up to the standard I'm used to playing FLAC files from a large flash drive, or CDs.I can also easily play music files stored on my phone, and play BBC Sounds. Great product. One thing to beware of is that the output to the amplifier is lower than the other internal sources. This means that the volume on my Marantz has to be turned up higher. This is not a problem as there is plenty of power in reserve , but if you forget to turn it down when switching inputs you get a shockingly loud startup!

Add New Life to Old Systems with RCA Inputs.
Bought this product to add Bluetooth connectivity to my retro CD system so that I could stream from Spotify on my phone. The stereo is over 20 years old, so the benefit of this particular item in having RCA AUX input was perfect for my needs. Connected without issue, responds to volume changes instantly and quality seems good enough through a 50w amp running through floorstanding speakers. Definitely a neat and simple solution to modern music on an old system. At an estimate, I've been circa 15m from the music player and it didn't drop signal, but this was only for 30-60 seconds.

Decent bit of kit
Having had a bluetooth receiver before, I wrongly assumed this would be rechargeable like my previous one. It needs a constant power supply via usb C . However, it has a strong connection with no noticeable delay and sound reproductionis good. So I am still happy with it.

Awful with decent headphones.
Looks great, professional and good build quality but the charger and adaptor cables were missing. And it doesn't have a battery so it has to be permanently powered. If that wasn't bad enough the thing sounds like the "top end" is missing despite UGreen claiming it can go all the way to 20Khz - which is usually the -3dB point and most of us can't get close after our 20s.But even at my age and with hearing problems like Beethoven (who knew?) I can't hear the brighter audio. Sound from the TV was flat and uninteresting (vs. the internal speakers which produce a respectable range (Dolby Atmos my foot, Panasonic). Similar story on the Steam Deck. Paired without a problem but the audio was flat, lacked bass and high-frequency information. And this is into some BeyerDyanmic 990s (superb cans, available from Amazon which is where I got mine). The Beyers produce excellent detailed audio even with HRTF 5.1, 7.1 and 9.1 sources which is what attracted me to them.If I had the time I'd run a full sweep to see what the thing is actually capable of but I'm going to have to return it and replace it with something that does work. Low latency is great and all, but the amplifier (presumably a Class D SOC) lacks detail and sounds muddy. Sorry Amazon, this one is not what I expected.

Okay, but low volume and needs re-connecting after idle
The volume output is low requiring you to turn up the volume (usually to full) of whatever it's connected to. If you use your amplifier/speakers for anything else, you'll get blasted if you forget to turn the volume back down again. It'll disconnect when idle, so you'll need to reconnect whenever you use it again. That said, when it's actually playing it works fine.

Great product
Great product. Easy to fit with brilliant Bluetooth range with absolutely no loss of sound quality compared to a wired connection.
