The best purchase I made in 2024.Decent color, great brightness, good sound quality, super compact, super easy to setup , makes it used more often.I have it mounted on a tripod, makes it a mobile movie projector.

The Epson EpiqVision Mini EF12 delivers sharp 1080p visuals with vibrant colors, and the built-in Yamaha sound system is excellent for its size. It’s super portable and easy to use thanks to the built-in Android TV.However, it doesn’t support Netflix natively, which is a big downside for such an otherwise great streaming device. I hope Epson resolves this with a future update. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic compact projector for movies and shows.

Writing this review because I went insane reading projector reviews and was deeply confused by the specs.I had bought a refurbed 200 ansi portable projector for $300 and it was dim and pixelated. We have an old Epson projector (10+ years old?) and it looked about as good as that. The EF12 is great. Super bright and crisp. Small. Good value (refurbed, $780) for a laser projector. Sound is very good, not as good as speakers though. Does not have to have wires hanging out everywhere because it is a smart projector. Happy with purchase.

Through the AMAZON renew program, I purchased this projector. They sent me two faulty ones and by the time I got the third one, I was out of town for several weeks for work and didn’t have the chance to use it much.Now, trying to use it — it’s broken and does not work. The fan overheats and there is no picture.I’ve contacted Amazon customer support and they say because the 90 days passed, they will not refund me or replace the device.Amazon shouldn’t be running a renew program and sending people broken electronics they’re not willing to stand behind.I’m out $700 on a broken piece of plastic and customer support has hung up on me twice. I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year on Amazon specifically because of the typically good customer support. I won’t be doing that for high ticket items anymore, just cheap junk.Very disappointed and shame on Amazon.

This thing is great— small but powerful. Lots of keystone-type settings. Easy to use. Great image, sound is pretty decent too. Love it!

A lot of fun and easy to set up. The projector is perfect for anyone that just wants a simple, quiet projector with all the equipment built-in already for watching tv/movies. I use my curtains as a screen and it works... okay at night. There's slight distortion due to the ripples and wrinkles in the curtains, but overall it's pretty good. During the day the projection is too light, so I'll likely end up purchasing a screen. By using an actual screen I expect the picture to come out a lot clearer during the day.

Do you need to dark tour room? Yes. But you’ll get a great home cinema afterwards. Portable, small with nice picture (I would not recommend more than 120” screens) and with amazing sound.
