These tablets make a difference in controlling my hot flashes. The only drawback is that initially I had to take them often, so I ran out pills quickly in the 30 tablet size.

It arrived sooner than expected which was grest. I like the product but I wish there were more than 30 tabs in a container. You have to take about three of these a day to get relief from sweats or hot flashes and it's only a 10-day Supply. If it were a 30 day supply for the same price then I would rate it much higher.

Very effective relief from hot flashes and I am able to sleep better at night since starting to take it. Totally safe, manufactured in Germany.
