Maybe gives a little bit of a cognitive boost. If there is an effect it's fairly minimal. I think it might help with the morning fog a bit which I suffer from pretty badly. Helps a bit with academic performance. Capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow. No adverse effects to report.

Great product! At 74 my day to day cognition is great as well as recall memory! Feel blessed to have found this product!

If you have difficulty swallowing pills, this supplement is not for you. The serving size for this supplement is four pills per day! The pills are capsules and slightly larger than most other supplements that I have tried. I tried these for a couple of weeks, breaking up the dosage throughout the day but the second pill always felt stuck in my throat. Since I do take different supplements daily, I found it hard to get all four pills in every day so I cannot recommend the supplements for cognitive improvement.

My wife is very concerned about her brain as she ages because of family history (her mother and her grandmother), so she has been learning about ways to keep it healthy for as long as possible. She wanted to try this supplement because it contains ingredients to promote BDNF and memory, focus, etc. She has only taken it for a few days, but she already feels that it is having positive effects on her thinking.The capsules have a mild to moderate but not off-putting odor. Although the dose is four capsules, they are small and easy to swallow, and she appreciates that they do not contain fillers. She's also impressed by the company's apparent commitment to quality and testing, and she loves that these are vegan and made in the USA.

I just started taking this and I can already see improvements in my ability to focus. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach.
