Previous recent review claims this product is sticky altogether, but when I received one today. The pills aren't sticky and overall fine so far. Good price for 200 capsules is a nice deal.

I have been learning how important Vitamin D is as both an anti-inflammatory nutrient and a mast cell stabilizer. I am currently taking 2 of these capsules per day in separate doses and I have noticed a significant difference in how I feel overall. It is clearly being absorbed and tolerated by my system. I can certainly recommend it to healthy people. For anyone with sensitivities to certain ingredients, I recommend reviewing the ingredients or consulting with your health professional. I do include DAO enzymes in my diet and I take a DAO enzyme each time I take supplements, including this one.

I use a liquid form. My wife uses these pills. She generally researches things really well before she uses any supplements so I assume they are very good quality.

Source Naturals is a high quality product that I often purchase. I take vitamin d every day but I honestly find it difficult to find this product on the brick and mortar store shelf. The pills are small so they're easy to swallow.
