I've tried a different brand that was clear with a very clean taste, but is no longer available.. This product is yellow in color with a bitter and unpleasant aftertaste.

I switch to sugar alcohols after a physical WHEN the report showed my A1C was high into the Pre-diabetic stages. I had tried all the common sweeteners from Stevia, Monk fruit, and in short everything! In all my trials and experiments. This is the best in liquid Allulose for drinks. The best price and right amount of sweetness. Some I has tried does not compare on the sweetness scale. It won't disappoint!

This stuff is great!

I got this to have an alternative to granulated allulose or granulated erythritol (which doesn't dissolve very well). It does mix in more easily, but I find that it doesn't have as neutral of a taste as a simple sucrose syrup would. It's a little strong to use with certain flavor drops in carbonated drinks, but it works well in more strongly flavored drinks like tea or coffee.

I like it. Dissolve's easily and not too sweet.
