Yes, but with the intention that the hair you put there, you want to stay there. This is not a good product for anyone that would like the ability to run fingers in the hair after styling. I love it! It's lightweight but tacky and holds well.

Q: Which movie rubber products are the easiest to rinse out?

From my personal experience I would say the Green or Blue one but all of them shouldn't be hard to wash out if you use conditioner.

Q: how is this for short asian hair? how does this compare to the spikey edge?

Well, Gatsby is made IN Japan, for Japanese people, but with that said I wouldn't say the moving rubber wild shake is good for short hair. Medium-short or medium length the minimum.
