1 X Dash, Pinch, and Smidgen Measuring Spoon Set

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter-in-law who is an excellent cook. She had never seen anything like these and loved them!

I bought this for my best friend from England and she absolutely loved it. Majority of the time she says I want a smidge in her coffee....lol

They are small, but not as tiny as I would have liked. They are not the smoothest, there are a few rough places, but nothing that will take away from their function.If you have spices you would only like to use a small bit of try these.

I liked it first because I had never heard of these quaint measurements in metal spoons. I figured a well established kitchen would require a complete set. Shipping was amazingly quick. I look forward to using and passing along a new tool.

You know when a recipe calls for a dash, pinch or smidgen, well there you have it, no mistakes. I have a set so I bought my good friend a set, she loves them!

I really like this measuring set. The metal is thick enough that you need not worry about it getting bent accidentally if it gets caught in the drawer edge or something (though it's thin enough that you could probably bend it if you purposely tried). For the most part, I think these are reasonably durable spoons. The DASH and PINCH spoons have a slight spout on the edge of the bowl, and the handle of each spoon is stamped with the measurement in a large, easy-to-read font.

I like the ring that holds the spoons together, because it would otherwise be so easy to lose.
