I ordered the Medium size but found it was not large enough. As per the instructions on the included card with the product, the instructions were to contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange. Farish with ProFitness was fantastic in the prompt response and offering to send me the larger size and to keep the original product! Since when do you ever find that kind of response? the new belt came a few days later direct from ProFitness and it fits perfectly. The quality of the product is great; leather is firm yet I can tell it will be flexible the more I use it. I could not be more pleased with the product thus far and the great customer service. After suffering a heat stroke and being hospitalized for 3 days receiving constant, and costly, I V therapy, I knew changes had to be made. My daughter flew down to help me with the situation and she suggested Drip Drop. I had never heard of it before. Our primary care doctor needed to see my husband after hospital discharge, and we ran the Drip Drop idea past him. He agreed to adding it to my husbands daily routine, among other changes. It has been extremely helpful in keeping my husband hydrated.

I finally found a hydration packet that actually works! I've gone through my fair share of these things, and DripDrop really stands out (EmergenC, Liquid IV, Gatorade, Pedialyte, etc.).I felt noticeably more hydrated after drinking it, and it wasn't that sugary, artificial taste you sometimes get. It just felt... effective. With the other brands, I've drank it, and thought, "ok, I should be drinking this and it SHOULD make me healthier/feel better" but never really felt much. This is great before/after a day/evening of drinking or if you just need to rehydrate.

Flavors are too strong for me, when sick and dehydrated, you can’t bring yourself to drink such intense flavored drinks. I’ll look for unflavored ones that I can lemon juice too myself.

Drip drop was recommended by a kidney specialist, and we drink a lot of it in Florida. Recommend the subscription service, especially in the summer. This formulation is so perfect that you can literally feel the difference after a hot day at work. I have tried several other hydration formulas, and this one is the best.

INITIAL REVIEW: I have purchased Drip Drop in the past, typically an easy mix of powder in water. The envelopes in the current packet are apparently old or in some way defective, as the "powder" is a solid stick. I cut the first envelope open and dropped it into a cup of water but it did not dissolve, ended up trying to smash it with a spoon. The taste was extremely bland compared to previous packets, again suggesting perhaps it was old. I could not find a "use buy" date. And of course it is non returnable.UPDATE: DripDrop saw my previous review (and many similar) and reached out with a note and an offer to send a replacement packet. I have always evaluated the product as very good, and the replacement arrived within about a week. So, considering their rapid customer service and the overall satisfaction with the actual product, I have moved my rating to 5 stars. Thanks, DripDrop!
