I don’t know why the active ingredient in this isn’t more popular. I am a slow metabolizer of caffeine so was only drinking tea once a week so as not to sacrifice sleep quality. I now can have caffeine multiple days in a row, in the afternoon and I sleep great. I take it 3 or 4 hours before bedtime. Make sure to take it with food as it can upset the stomach a bit.

I was really impressed by that kind of customer support.Finally, I've noticed that this product seems to reduce the effects of caffeine more than it actually eliminates it. At least with my reduced 10mg to 30mb doses, I've noticed that that caffeinated feeling seems to *come back* about five hours after I take a dose. This makes me wonder whether this product may be masking the effect more than really eliminating the chemical. And this could explain why I've found that occasional breaks from caffeine have still been necessary; for me at least, this product doesn't feel like it prevents the gradual build-up of caffeine in my system.But considering that there's nothing else out there that does what this stuff does, it's still awesome and worth your time to seriously play around with!

The active ingredient in this product in not very well studied. One of the most evident side-effects though- is that it is terrible for the Liver. Took me a while to put thingstogether. It was during the height of Covid (Summer 2020) and I ended up hospitalized with Liver in acute failure, a 106.7 fever, bilirubin 7x normal, pissing blood etc... Doctors couldn't figure it out, but my numbers returned to normal over a long three week period while they ordered me to stop ALL supplements. I recently met someone through a work colleague that had the same thing last year and his doctor suspected this very product! - As it is known to cause severe Liver complications. If you read about it on the web- it will indicate that it is not recommended fro nursing mothers or those with Liver complications. This is a total fallacy! My Liver and the other gentleman's were healthy our entire lives until introducing this supplement. I now have permanent scaring in my Liver and nearly died. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC and UNPROVEN garbage!

I take this product on days where I've consumed more caffine later in the day and it totally takes away any of the caffine that would normally keep me from sleeping at bedtime.

When it’s doing its thing and messing with your liver enzymes it feels a bit nauseous. Also it does cause a slight headache because you immediately go into caffeine withdrawal. I definitely would not take it every day . It’s best just not to drink caffeine past noon . But if you want to drink an energy drink or coffee in the afternoon and are sensitive to caffeine insomnia. This is definitely worth it. Super expensive but extremely high quality.

This does work to counteract the effects of caffeine but for me it quits working after a few days of use. I can feel it working pretty quick like 20-30 minutes, I just lose my alertness that the caffeine gave me, but I question how it works. I don't understand how it can work so quick if the supposed mechanism of action is to increase caffeine metabolism. I don't see how I could metabolize all that caffeine in 20-30 minutes that would normally take me like 6+ hours. I feel like it is just a good sedative with it's own actions but I have no proof. It's expensive and since it quits working after a few days I just avoid caffeine to begin with and save these for my occasional caffeine use.

Love this product does exactly what it says. I take 1 to 2 before bed.

that caffeine withdrawal headache - much faster ! lolimproves sleep when you overdo caffeine. good to have as a bandaid but i would not pop it every night
