We would not recommend mixing GRF 13-13-13 with plot mix and broadcasting it with a seeder. Usually the NPK should be added before the seeding stage or after for maintenance. Adding secondaries and micronutrients, however, would greatly benefit your food plot more than just using 13-13-13 alone. For raised gardens, mix the 13-13-13 in the top 2-5 inches of soil at a rate of 3 Tbsp per 1 square foot or 1.5 pounds per 100 square feet.
