I ordered this product in January, 2025 and I was very impressed with its quality. I received the registration / warranty with the product but I had never registered it. It stopped working in June, 2025.. After reaching out the company directly and doing some of the requested troubleshooting, it was deemed faulty. The response time from the company was amazing...and without even registering the product, they sent me a brand new flat iron. It was received within 2 or 3 days. Yes, things happen but I'm 110% confident in this company to stand by their product and make it right. Thank you to their customer service rep, Wendy, for going above and beyond!

This one surprised me didn't expect much from it as all of the hair tools promise you one thing & deliver nothing like what they say but this one..... I knew it was a keeper. The first time I straightened a section of my hair. It heats up quickly, stays hot & finally a flat iron where the buttons aren't in the way, and you keep pressing them and turning off the iron. I might just get a second one as "back up" in case this one has a problem SO FAR ITS ONE OF THE BEST...get one, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Me recomendaron la Babyliss y en Ulta tiene reviews muy malos.. me aparecio está plancha aquí en Amazon... oh sorpresa 🥰🏆 EXCELENTE.. Mi cabello es tratado.. originalmente tengo cabello risado.. está plancha hace su trabajo!! 👍🏼 No me gustó qué sé apaga aveces .. quizá sea automatico.. tengo qué conocerla! Recien me llego!!

Pretty good straightener

I Love these flat irons. It only takes seconds to heat up and the finish is flawless.

I have used a few times and so far I’m impressed. It heats up fast. I like the location of the buttons. The temp display is clear. Great value for your money. I hope that nothing happens to my straightener, but if it does, I have registered it for a 3 year warranty. Hopefully it’s not needed. But nice to know that they offer it.

I bought this back in January so about 4-5 months ago. It's already broken. I've taken good care of it besides the 2-3 times I forgot to turn it off but it automatically shuts off on it's own after awhile. I turn it on and it doesn't even get hot. Not even a single ounce of heat. I try it on a different temperature and it still doesn't work. Extremely disappointed that I've spent $50 on a straightener that barely lasted 5 months. I went to the store's amazon page to see if I could speak with customer service and there's nowhere to contact them directly. If you're reading this, please contact me directly over this issue.Another con about this product is even though it did get extremely hot, which was nice, it has no protective spot to hold on the top and bottom when you're curling the ends of your hair. Whether you curl your ends up or down or just like to hold a bit more weight/pressure on the comb for extra press on the hair, there should be a tiny grip with different material that doesn't get too hot so you don't burn your fingers when you use your other hand for styling with the comb.

I ordered this flat iron. It's hard to see where you turn it on (the tiny power button is in the middle of 3 tiny gold bars on the side of the iron. After it heated, I started with the first small section of hair, but my hair slipped right through the iron. After several attempts, the same thing kept happening. When the iron was completely cool, I inserted a piece of paper in the iron, and it too slid right out. I could actually see light between the two wands/ Apparently the iron did not close completely, so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday; it's nice and tight and does the job. Also, it's a LOT less expensive than several other models. So all in all, I think it's a good deal but I need to practice a bit to get the result I'm looking for (not the fault of this particular flat iron).
