Good, Affordable Soldering Iron
The soldering iron arrived quickly and worked perfectly for a small speaker wiring project. It also came with a container of solder.

20 to 30 watts per Kill-a-Watt; okay for limited use on smaller components
I bought this for my travel kit. In short, it works for occasional use. My trusty Kill-a-Watt is reporting between 20 and 30 watts consumption / heating. So, it takes a while to get to operational temperature. Soldering small wires and on circuit boards is okay. Heavy wires or large components that conduct a lot of heat away from the point will require patience.I can recommend it with the knowledge that I would never pick this over my bench setup.As for the accessories, well, they're not much, but will get you through a few quick uses.The question is how long will it last, especially considering it is only pulling half the rated wattage?BT recommends with reservations

Worked great, I fixed my Ford truck top console. Wasn't showing the temp. But now it's working just fine.

Worked great! And it was my first time soldering!
Super easy, but I'm glad I watched a few youtube videos before I got started. My solar bulb had a red wire come off its solder, so I paid $10 for this kit so I could fix it, and any that break in the future. I don't have the clamps, so I had to use tape to try and keep the end I was soldering, in the place where I needed it to be, because one hand was holding the solder gun, and the other hand had the metal solder coil it in. Wasn't sure how to use the resin, so I didn't use it. I did begin and end by putting a little of the metal solder stuff on the tip of the gun, that much I learned from the videos. Wasn't sure what temp to use. Also, use a mask, as when the solder gun touches the solder coil, a lot of dark smoke comes up. Overall, easy and fun and worked great!
