Great taste...
These taste great and are reasonably priced in most places. It can be cooked on the stove top or in the microwave.Usually I dump one can in a bowl and cook for about 2-3 minutes uncovered in a mw. Its a great fast meal and cleanup is easy. When it comes out of the can, it does look a bit cat foodish and needs to be stirred a bit to remove the can shape. But when heated, it becomes the corned beaf shade of red with tiny little potato squares mixed in.Some people love corned beef hash and others don't. You know if you do after trying it.I find it makes for a great quick meal that gives you more meaty flavor than you would get with a can of soup. Sometimes if Im really hungry one can isnt enough. So I tend to buy these in packs so I can cook only what I think Ill eat in a meal. Usually, this stuff does not reheat well.

Fatty, oily, flavorful
I loved this when I was younger. It's cheap, not as cheap as it used to be. However, still economical. However, along with me, my taste buds have also matured. I can eat it once in a while as is. However, it gets to be a bit much on the processed side of eaten too often. But, as with most processed foods, I do l think it makes a great base for a heartier and "healthier" meal with added fresh potatoes, bell peppers, fresh deli corned beef chopped up. You still get the great fatty processed flavor, but much more muted.

Great with Eggs
Since childhood, I have loved fried corn, beef, hash patties with crispy edges, then eating a poached or steamed egg on top of each patty. This brand never disappoints. It is always of the highest quality.

Really good
My wife and I love this hash for breakfast for a change sometimes. We fry it up in a non-stock skillet and serve it on the plate with fried eggs. My wife likes to put the eggs right on top of the hash. We have it about every 2 weeks or so. It's not too salty. It's good with a dash of hot sauce.

tasty, easy to prepare corned beef hash., Quick meal, great pantry item
We dont eat corned beef hash that often, but I always keep some in my pantry. It makes for a quick, tasty breakfast at any time of day. I like various brands, but Mary Kitchen is what I often grab when I am at the store. When I saw this on sale in a 12 pack, I had to buy it. I find stuff like this lasts a long time, well past best by dates. It is a good one to have on hand for emergencies, or cant get to store, as a prep item for various reasons. If you like this type of flavor, then you know how well it goes with potatoes, eggs, with bread, and I would even use it with rice, or noodles. Just another option for making a quick meal, little fuss, and very flavorful.
