PCDJ DEX Computer DJ Mixing Software

been a long time pcdj customer until it came time to upgrade our dj systems, the tech staff is so rude and ryan sherre is the most rude tech manager i have ever dealt with, not sure who the owner of this company is but he obviously don't care what his tech staff says or does also the program itself is crap, the karaoke songs don't load properly and they just want to blame it on zip files but how can it be if they work sometimes and other times not, also if your wanting to be a real dj and you need to walk off and use auto play it doesn't work it gets confused on what songs it is trying to play the one in the deck or the one that was just previously played, so what comes out as your talking to your bride or groom is half of 2 songs, then they want to blame it on the fact that i dont have enuff ram for my pc because i have over 200,000 total songs yet i have been running my old programs on windows xp with no problems where am i going to get a laptop with over 8 gigs of ram as the staff claims i need that a rediculous amount of ram to need.. you will be waisting your time and money if you buy this you wont recieve any phone calls just lame emails asking you if your really that stupid........... BEWARE

I have been using PCDJ software for years. I have been happy with the performance of the software, evolution of updates and support when I had questions. You will not regret using PCDJ.
