Best replacement of caffeine! Caffeine not good for the brain as per neuroscience and a cup of coffee doesn’t wake some people up the way this does! Only take it first thing in the morning. Doesn’t work in-between meals for me. Only on a fasted state! Figure out your own dosage. 2-3 pills working well for me.

The dose is quite high even for a pro. I ordered 2.5mg and took 1 in morning before my workout, had chills and cold sweats and still having jitters and increased hr even after 7 hours. Not taking it anymore, as this thing scares me now.Giving 3 stars for purity but the dose size should be even less than 100. And people can increase gradually.

I believe this is one of the best supplement I have after such a long time. Results are great.
