Fits comfortably. Helps stretch the arches, but take it slow. Wear them for a little bit at a time until you get used to them or they are going to cause pain and you won’t want to wear them.

So I docked a star because the directions are not clear on how to put these on and where the gel pads go. I had to read through the Q&A to figure it out. However, now that they are on, I am amazed. My right foot was in very bad pain, didn't want to really put weight on it, and now, while it does feel odd, pain free. I'm so happy I got these! I cannot wait to be able to wear them long enough for work!!!!!

Directions were so bad I couldn’t figure out how to use until searched online. Once I got it on correctly I found it extremely uncomfortable and pain was worse than before.

The band is really tight on my foot. I also feel as if the support might slip off. I do move a lot.

My first disappointment was that there were not clear instructions. I was unsure where to place the gel pad (e.g., under or over the bands). The second was trying to wear the bands with the pads (ouch). So now I only wear the bands. It does feel good, though I don't know if it does anything for my feet.

I have very high arches, my feet get extremely achy if my arches aren't well supported. The elastic bands of this product are a godsend! The magnetic piece was uncomfortable, & I didn't bother going through process of getting used to it as the elastic is all I need.

The arch support pads really do work. I have less pain and discomfort in my feet.

I’ve been walking as a daily routine for years. As a result I have developed foot pain around my arches. When I used the product I obtained substantial reduction in pain. Bravo!
