Great pasta! Well worth the money and the taste is of the noodles is great. Well worth the money. Does not make you feel bloated like American made pasta. Will buy again and again.

I think I’ve found the best dry made in ITALY 🇮🇹 pasta I could possibly find. I’ve tried other Italian brands that were all good but monograno is simply next level up. When I opened the package, I found not a single broken spaghetti. Cooked it per package instructions of 10 minutes. Once cooked, transferred the spaghetti into a sauce pot with the base I made, gave it a good mix and WOW!! Simple WOWWWWW no words can express the texture, the bite, the smoothness, and yes the freshness! Of all the dried pasta I’ve tried, monograno had a fresh taste to it. Not sure why or how but it does. LOVE IT. Will definitely be stocking up on monograno’s pasta

A noticeably distinctive, elegant, and seemingly heartier variety of wheat grain takes traditional pasta to another texture/taste level which I thoroughly enjoyed especially with a seafood Cioppino sauce! It was a little pricey, however, the experience for me was worth it. I recommend.

This is the best dried pasta I've ever used. The texture is amazing, the flavor fantastic. After trying it I don't use anything else. If you are a cook or Cheff that is finding yourself trying to up your game and stock your pantry with fantastic ingredients to cook with then, this is your dried pasta. If you just want a great tasting high quality pasta then this is also your pasta. It is on my essentials list now and I will always have at least four boxes ready to go in my pantry.

味がほぼしないパスタで他のものと差を付けらるのが流石です。食感も味も美味しいです。それでもただのパスタなので、ほかの輸入品の数倍のお値段を出すほどなのかは...個人的にはソースの方に力を入れますよね。

一度は試してみたかったこの商品、送料無料だったので思い切って購入 プリプリした歯ごたえが特徴か、全体的に高いレベルでまとまってる感じで 他のハイクラスのパスタと比較しても遜色ないです、美味しいです。 ただお値段ほどの差別化が出来てるかと言えば微妙かな。 あとブロンズダイスのパスタなんで余計な事をせずソースとさっくり混ぜる だけの方が良いです。 カチョエペペ、ペペロンチーノ、バターとパルミジャーノのみとか試しまし たけど、いずれもおかわりしたくなる美味しさでした。

確かにうまいです。香りや味、それも確かにいいです。でもそれはそこまでの差ではないかなと感じました。私が一番差異を感じたのは食感。これは確かに絶妙な歯ごたえ、噛み続けると味わいが、といった雰囲気。ただ、対極にある激安パスタの10倍の対価を払って食べたいかというと私はそこまでではありませんでした。
