They work for relief of pain.
These heel cups definitely gave me relief that I desperately needed! My heel pain was quite severe and these cups did the trick!!

I can Run Again!
After suffering for a year I finally found something that works for me. I put it under my inserts because that way, I don’t feel it. It has never slipped or moved. I use them in all my running and walking shoes.

these gel cups feel good inside my shoe but unfortunately, the heel pain is not gone. I will continue to use and buy an extra pair when needed.

These are good for nothing
No relief whatsoever. I thought that because it said for Plantar Fasciitis (and we who suffer from it know that it hurts in the middle of the heel) that the red area would be softer or even some sort of special feature but no, it's the same material as the clear part, it's just painted red. Very misleading.

Too bad I can't give negative stars
My foot hurt MORE with this in the shoe. Nonetheless, I tried it for several days. It never improved until I took it out of my shoe after 4 days.

Good but needs more work
These do the job in giving me cushion and support but the top layer peeled off easily. Also they look dirty after a few months, so it is very embarrassing to take my shoes off.
