Love these! I have a hard time sleeping due to some medications I’m on and am always wary of sleep aids as they always make me feel groggy the next day. Not these though! It says take 2 gummies but I usually just take 1 and it’s enough to put me to sleep within 30 minutes and keep me sleeping through the night (no other sleep aid I’ve tried has kept me asleep through the night)! My wife loves them too. They taste good and I wake up finally feeling well rested. Cant wait to try more Olly supplements

This taste so amazing! When i tell you it will knock you out cold, but when you wake up you will feel so good. It's like you got back 15 years of sleep lost. You will feel relaxed energized and amazing. I can now sleep like a baby and I feel soooooooooo good. Am definately on another level. I recommend these to anyone. So tastey please don't eat the whole bottle now lol.

I am 70 years old. The gummy works well to improve sleep.I take 1 pill (not 2) and it works great.Melatonin only works for 4-5 hours. I go to sleep at 10. I usually wake up around 12 to go to the bathroom, so I take the gummy then.

It works and tastes great. Sometimes it makes me feel drowsy though (which I don't like), but I knockout quickly. My spouse, however, doesn't seem to experience the drowsiness but it seems to help him stay asleep most days. Overall, it works, the effectiveness will just depend on the person.

Had never had success with melatonin in the past and this product was recommended to me by a friend. This product works very well for me. I am usually not a fan of gummy products due to ingredients needed to create a gummy chewable but due to how well it works for me, overlook those ingredients.

Warning: don’t take these continuously. Just occasionally, as needed. Melatonin is not meant to be habitual.I liked these in the beginning…took for several weeks. I liked the way I fell right to sleep, plus felt refreshed in the mornings. However I agree with others…they do cause some very crazy/vivid dreams.But they later also caused ongoing diarrhea. It took me a bit to pinpoint and realize it was the gummies. Maybe it was my own fault for taking them every day. But no longer…I’m done with sleep gummies.
