Bought it as a present for a student madly in love with doughnuts. Her first question was 'Does it show how to fill them with jam?' And the answer was , yes!

This little book is packed full of delicious recipes. Can't wait to start mixing it up. The cinnamon spiced doughnuts stuffed with apples looks particulary delish...

Inventive recipes such as Cherry Cheesecake Doughnuts, Caramel Fudge, Giant Doughnut Birthday Cake, Doughnut Croquembouche, and Vanilla Cream Doughnuts, which I am looking forward to trying since I can't have chocolate. The recipes are in English and American, so you don't have to convert anything, and I like that a lot. The pictures are excellent as well.

The pictures were beautiful but the actual recipes weren't very appetizing for my taste. It is a colorful book though. Just my opinion.
