Meh. It's a toy.
This is a toy. If you feel like playing around, go for it. But don't expect it to be anything actually useful. I don't mean it is not functional. It is. You type, and the letters show up. But here are my pet-peeves...1. The laser image is not very sharp. Why not? I'm putting the product on edge, just as shown in the product shot... should be tack-sharp. It's not. Why?2, Keyboard layout... The right shift key is reduced size--I don't know how many typo's this causes me on other keyboards. Why? For crying out loud, you are displaying a virtual keyboard via projection! Why is shift key size an issue? There are other issues with the keyboard layout, which is not the standard 101-keyboard, but I'll leave it at this one that bugs me the most.3. No Bluetooth Auto Connect. This is actually huge... once I paired it up, I have to manually connect to it every time. Why? None of my other keyboard require this. Really, why?OK, so those are the pet-peeves... Here is why I rate this as "toy": If you are a touch-type person, you will hate this keyboard with passion! There is absolutely none of the feedback that us touch-types are used to. You don't know if you hit a key. You don't know if it is the right key. You don't know if your hand got slightly off. There is just no response-feedback. This will never be solve by projection keyboards. The very idea is just wrong and bad in a practical sense. However, if you don't touch-type and have to look at the keyboard to type anyway, then maybe you'll be happy with this thing. By the way, even when I was doing this, the keyboard missed strokes constantly. So, not only is is a purely bad experience from a general UI perspective, this particular implementation is also highly inaccurate. In other words, this is a no-win--as in "none," I'm sorry, but really "none."It does, however, look kinda cool when displayed, but there is really zero practical functionality. Given it's non-standard keyboard layout, and no key-touch response, and inaccuracies, this is just a novelty without any real application.

It is incredible unique, portable, practical and, precise...
My daughter used it first and found it incredible unique, portable, practical and, precise (reading the intended keys). She tried really hard to coerce me, but she was unsuccessful. I’m keeping it, until I can order and get my hand on the next model up! This is really good for those of us who want the convenience of a full keyboard in an extremely small package. But, you need to find a flat surface with one solid color and without texture. You may not see the keyboard well outdoors (in a sunny day); which is expected. Overall, it is a great buy!!!

Works. ... like, actually.
Key response is slightly slow (very slightly), but easy to adjust to.Frankly, I wasn't expecting this product to work at all (I bought it as a gimmick to impress some students). It surprised me by being an actually functional laser keyboard. So now I have a laser keyboard. That works.Between this, a raspberry Pi and a palm projector I may actually be able to complete my dream of having a computerized pirate hat.

5/5!
This cool little gadgets blew my mind. It was quick to charge (only taking about an hour or too) and easy to set up! I keep this on my table and whenever I get a text I simply turn it on and type away. The keyboard comes out bright and well spaced (given you place it on a flat surface). The only downside is that if you're an experienced typer then you can't go at maximum speed. All my friends used my speaker and they never type faster than the keyboard could handle.

As described but hard to get used to.
My son wanted this but he found it difficult to use since there's no substance to guide you while typing. It does work as described.

DO NOT BUY THE LASER KEYBOARD
I think BTC intentionally snuck a crappy keyboard with 5 other products into one listing so that the good reviews for the other 5 products were visible making the sixth product - the crappy one - look good. The laser keyboard understands 1 letter/keystroke every 2 seconds with an accuracy of 30% (it only recognizes the right key 3 out of every 10 times). Not only that, but every time you type, it makes a loud noise. I got a headache after trying to type for just a couple of minutes. Don't even think about taking it to a public location.Overall, this keyboard is one of those 'the concept is good, implementation is awful/technology isn't there yet'. I returned mine right away

Para los escepticos
Aunque no lo crean, funciona lo probe con Android y con una PC y en ambos casos funciona como un teclado normal, claro tiene sus retos al no ser un teclado fisico, pero si tu duda es que funciona, si, en definitiva funciona
