Cluster Bomb

Awesome product, I've always heard about Redcon1's products & now that I've tried them I can see what all the talk is about. Cluster Bomb is great. Cluster dextrin keeps me going & allows me to push through my workouts, 11/10 in my book👍.

Great flavor, mixes well, and does the job. I mix with BCAAS for an intra-workout drink.

Great taste which surprised me as I'm not a huge fan of Grape. It mixes very well and doesn't have any after taste. I can't speak if it works or not I just sip and lift.

Good product, help me on my bulking cycle to reach my carbs for the day. Helped me have energy throughout my work out.

For fasting workouts I just use fermented BCAAs for the effects on insulin and muscle growth, due mostly to the Leucine (2-1-1). I realized, when I do 2-3 hour workouts, cardio or resistance/weights, I had long recovery times. Using Clusterbomb for a cyclic dextrin pre- and/or intra- workout really boosted my recovery times to where I can consistently work out 6-7 days a week. Having the available carbs and energy to feed the muscles during the long sessions really makes it easier on your muscle, reducing the damage, and shortening recovery so you can get in more workouts. I need to cut, while I also don't want to stop building muscle, so I was hesitant to start using carbs and adding calories, but I definitely get in a lot more workout time in for a small amount of carbs so it has helped me go to the next level with my routine. I slightly prefer grape flavor over strawberry kiwi, but it's basically candy powder so they both taste great anyway.

Super easily mixing carb for quick gastric clearance. Grape tasted amazing to me(I mixed it with about 28 oz of water and a few ice cubes) kind of reminiscent of grape Kool-Aid. Also HBCD(highly branched cyclic dextrin) doesn't cause me any gastro issues so that's a huge plus.

This has been just the best. I usually lift very heavy, usually start at the three hundred and end in the four in my squat deadlift and bench. But when you lift heavy you need to take a lot of rest time. In comes redcon1. This is great because it gives me the fuel to push on hard and long workouts. Great on the stomach and even better because you can add in things. I add in some BCAAs and it just elevated my workouts, so I can grind harder and get stronger.
