Q: Has anyone washed this tablecloth in washer and tumble dried? It says it’s on online but the tag on bag says to only hand wash and not put in dryer.

I have wash and dried these table cloths many times with no problem. Just dry it again before you use it to take the wrinkles out after its been folded.

Q: Is this table cloth shiny?

The tablecloth is a tiny bit shiny. It definitely is too elegant for a picnic table but casual enough to use in our kitchen. It also would look great in the dining room.

Q: Is the navy blue a dark navy (black) or lighter shade of navy (royal)?

Lighter navy—dark but the blue shows. It looks much more expensive than it was priced. Very happy with purchase. I also have the dark purple one. Also elegant and lovely.

Q: I saw that the fabric is 100% polyester, so what is added to make it spill proof? We’re concerned that some weird chemicals were added.

I didn't smell any chemicals so I'm not sure what they would use to make it stain resistant.
