GNC Milestones Teen Multivitamin for Boys 12-17, Supports Energy Production and Muscle Function,120 Caplets

I have been looking for a good multi-vitamin for my 13 year old son. These checked off all the important boxes for me. I wanted to make sure he was getting the nutrients he needs and felt that he was too old for gummies and the didn't necessarily provide everything he needs. They are a little big for him to swallow but I just attribute it to the fact that he is not that used to vitamins (but they are no bigger than an adult multi vitamin). We just cut them in 1/2 and no problems. They are a little more expensive than what I would like to pay, but you can't put a price on quality right and he is doing great with them. We take every night with dinner and there are no stomach issues or problems with him not being able to sleep. Overall very happy and will be buying again.

It had the desired effect on my son; he has a great appetite and is strong. Thank you, I want more.

Easy to get into the kids

We recently switched from gummies to pill form at the suggestion of my son's dentist. I was excited to find this brand as it is a well known and trusted brand. The listed ingredients did contain several vitamins that we were looking for. The amount of pills for the price is a good deal. The pills are rather hard to swallow. They are very large and they were difficult to break. He has not been taking them long, just a week so it is difficult to say if they will upset his stomach or anything.

Son’s hemoglobin recently dropped a bit. Not at the level of anemia but still not in the ideal range. ED provider recommended we start a multi vitamin with iron. I reviewed many options but ultimately decided on GMC as my son has multiple allergies and GMC was free of them all. They arrived the same day! I was slightly concerned initially by the size. The pills are pretty large and the serving size is 2 pills, but my son says they are easy to swallow. He also says they have a pretty good taste surprisingly. He’s been taking them for about a month and he has expressed that he feels more energized and has not had any more dizzy spells (this is how we discovered the low iron initially). We will definitely order more when then time comes.

The pills are massive. They are larger than a one-a-day men’s. Delivery was quick though.

After lots of research, I landed on this product for my 14yo son to try. This supplement is excellent, considering everything it includes that most other Multivitamins/Gummies do not. Such as; the different berry powders and extracts included are wonderful! (Cranberry Extract, Apple Fruit Extract, Blueberry Berry Powder, Flax and, many other beneficial additions!) Although these are NOT gummies, I'm grateful that my son is able to swallow these. He said they tasted a bit like ginger and left a slight aftertaste but nothing bad or, anything that would keep him from taking it. The quality is fantastic and the bottle is sturdy. I am very happy to have found a Multivitamin that will benefit my sons health and help close the gap with any vitamins and nutrients he isn't getting with his food intake, for whatever reason. I highly recommend and my son said he would recommend it as well! [I plan to update my review after he is on them for a few full months!]
