I've been looking for a mug warmer for a long time and I'm very happy with this one. Normally I start out at 176° and after drinking about 2/3 of the mug, I often tap 131° to prevent caramelization and skimming.The "buttons" are capacitive touch zones in the solid glass top. Tap the "Power" symbol to turn it on. By default, it turns on to the 176° setting. It gives a quiet beep when you touch one of the setting zones.The warmer has what looks like ventilation slots around the front and sides, they are not for ventilation. The bottom had ventilation areas. The solid glass top overhangs the sides hopefully keeping any spills out of the warmer.It has decent size non-slip feet on the bottom and the top is slightly rounded around the edges. Just be aware that you'll need to use this on a level surface as the smooth top will let your mug slide if it isn't level. This will rarely be an issue but since there is no cupped area like some other designs, it's something to keep in mind.This warmer automatically shuts off after two hours.Bottom line: I love having a mug or cup of coffee that now stays hot!

Most complaints about various beverage warmers has to do with them not keeping the beverage hot enough.It all comes down to wattage... the more wattage the more heat it emits. This beverage warmer draws 25 watts of power for its heating element. If you want hotter, find a beverage warmer that draws more wattage. I haven't found a current manufacture of beverage warmer that draws more than 25 watts and that's why I chose this one.I'm quite happy with it. :)

I like that it has 2 heat setting. Some times the high setting makes my drink to hot. I don't like the nasty burning plastc smell it has emitted for the last couple of weeks sijnce I got it. That can't be healthy. Also it has a high pitched whine sound constantly that sets my teeth on edge, and a beeping sound if it is plugged in and the power button selected to off. I have know idea why it needs a beeping sound when it has auto off. It very irritating.

Don't like that there is not a off switch that when touched completely shuts off all of the lights showing that it is completely off.

This is my second mug warmer of this brand. Very happy with the 2 power settings, digital temp read out and easy touch buttons. Would recommend a flat bottom mug if you can find one, still works good with conventional mugs with the raised edge.

I almost never write product reviews. But I am so amazed with my new Coffee Warmer that I just have to spill it out. :) I can't stand warm coffee, only like it extra-hot. When buying this Warmer, I was mentally prepared to settle for very warm coffee. But it really keeps my coffee hot. It is truly amazing!

I LOVE IT!! Keep my coffee HOT all day long. I will probably get another one for at home too. I recommend this if your coffee gets cold at your desk.

This warmer really works to keep beverages hot. I like it so much that I bought 3 more to give as gifts this past Christmas. My family was pleased!
