I bought these Mica powders to use with resin. I am a beginner when it comes to Epoxy so I didn't want to spend tons of money on the supplies to experiment with. I was looking for a set that came with many color options at a decent price. This set included 15 bottles with a variety of shimmery colors. The bottles are perfect size making it extra easy to store in my craft bin without taking up much space. I appreciate the screw on tops as well, it helps avoid spillage when crafting and storing. The powder is very fine so it mixes well with the resin without leaving any clumps. The colors are very pretty and you can add as much as you want to achieve your desired color shade. As a first time user, these were very easy to use and I am pleased with the results.

These were absolutely wonderful to use! I loved every color so much! What I didn't love is thar one day, while I was making dinner, I had my kit out. My 4 year old son got ahold of it, and decided to play with them by making it "rain glitter", unbeknownst to myself. Oops... Anyway, so I just about had dinner finished when I noticed my phone kept getting a layer of shimmer on it. I kept thinking, "huh, this looks like mica powder... weird." Next thing I know, everything started getting a layer of shimmer on it. I went out to living room (where my son was) and oh my goodness, our carpet was an array of blues, purples, pinks, and green instead of it's normal, dingy off-white. We have cheap, apartment carpeting. Our carpet became the aurora borealis! As pretty as our carpet now looked, my son had dumped every single bottle out! Luckily, after a couple of vacuuming sessions and a shampooing, everything came out. Dinner was ruined, and my son was wearing basically eyeshadow war paint until I showered him off. So, note to anyone who wants to use these and has kids. Don't make the mistake I did, and leave them within reach of the kids. It was great to know that they cleaned up nicely, though! Definitely worth the money.

I liked the color selection, although I wish there was a stronger yellow and maybe a solid black option. I used these with polymer clay, and really dig the results. They are light with the pigment so using them over a surface already close to the color is ideal, or maybe a white surface.

I used these to make sensory bottles for a daycare class I taught this summer. The colors are great and I love the variety you get in this set. You don't need much to make a cool sensory bottle so they last through many projects which is great.
