it works for exactly 1 year after which the warrantty expires and so does the machine
absolutely terrible product,it may be cheap but whats the point?After sales stinks exactyl 1 day before my warranty expired it had an issue with the nozzle -it was fixed for free,then 6 months later same problem again.They advertise can be used with any pods but their engineer tells you that what spoils it and one must use only bonhomia pods.What a scam!!!Then u try to get it fixed and they act like they are doing u a favour,and dont even get me started on how toxic bonhomia coffe pods taste!!Surprised these guys are still in business

after use for some time stops dispensing coffee needs replacement again after replacement it is back to square one and does not dispense any more needs replacement again

Broke Down within 9 months.
This broke down within 9 months. Getting it repaired thru the vendor was an ordeal, took 2 months to get it rectified. Now the vendor is charging service fee for the repair.Basically you1) pay the vendor to buy the machine.2) pay the vendor to get it repaired (less than 9 months)3) pay the vendor for buying the coffee capsules.After no 1 keep repeating 2 & 3 for ......
