Much shorter than anticipated, unsure of "sauna" effect.. but definitely insulating
I actually ordered these pants along with another Neoprene pair of workout capris from another company. I ended up returning those and keeping these because the others were shaped a little oddly and also a bit shorter than expected, though I did really like their color design. However, these also didn't fit as expected which I will explain..I kept these because the fit was more flattering than the others and I like having the side pocket, which is important. These also stand true to having a good high waist. What's interesting is that they actually fit me more like capris than pants. When pulled up to the right spot, the bottoms (which were very tight at the seam, probably because they're meant to be pants and fit around ankle area) came to my mid-calf. To be fair, I am on the taller side 5'10" BUT I haven't ever had this issue with garments labeled as "pants" vs "capris" in over 15 years in the fitness industry and involvement in modeling (which basically equals a LOT of workout bottoms), so I'm thinking it's just a Neoprene-material/style issue. I would say if you're taller than 5'8" with average to long legs, you will find that these qualify more towards capri-style than actual pants leggings... (I will try to add a picture to this review once I have time). That said, if you're shopping around for Neoprene "sauna" leggings or capris and are on the taller side, I would only go for things selling as full pants.. because you'll either get long capris or short pants. For example, those other capris I tried and returned were literally around my knees and super unflattering. As for the "sauna effect" - honestly, I don't feel as though these make me sweat a lot more than usual.. I just feel like they make the sweat more noticeable when peeling the pants off (yes, peeling.. off AND on). But I can tell they keep my legs warmer in the cold weather than other leggings, so decided to keep them for morning winter walks or hikes outdoors (as opposed to more intricate workouts, in which case it would just feel like I have a wetsuit on).Be aware, these aren't meant for comfort (read wetsuit statement above) or to favor high mobility and movement. They would work for that just fine if you wanted to use them as such, but they are stiffer than typical leggings of any other material. Obviously, as they are Neoprene-lined. As for if these are "loud" because of the material, they may make more noise than regular leggings.. but not as much as a typical tracksuit. I really wasn't bothered by any noise with these.Another thing - these do "loosen" a bit as you wear them during the day to have more give.. but I only noticed that in the rear after a day where I was up and down and sitting more than usual. The waist and definitely calf/ankle area stay super tight. Oh and as for the smell, again, the closest thing I can compare these to is a wetsuit. So nothing crazy, but they definitely have a light rubber-ish kind of smell to them which didn't bother me much.Hope this review helps someone out :)

Great!
At first they looked too big. When I put them on, they’re GREAT! Yeah, they make you sweat but they’re not uncomfortable. They don’t stick to your skin.

My “sweatpants” are quite the experience
Bought my neoprene “sauna leggings” which I like to call SWEAT pants as that’s more accurate, just in time for the cold snap that hit our area.Keeps me toasty warm as intended ... buuut upon wearing them during a workout.. I discovered they did in fact increase my sweat (which I don’t need increased as I have the sweat gene quite strong) and 45 minutes into my workout, I felt like I’d peed myself (a sensation I’ve not felt in at least 35 years).. as so much sweat was sloshing around in my undercarriage that I was hesitant to change in the locker room let alone use the toilet as dropping drawer might just give an unsuspecting gym goer the impression that my water just broke, 😳, given that I don’t appear to be pregnant, they’d most likely assume I just peed on the floor 🤦🏼♀️So I was left with only the option of wearing my now fully “hydrated” sweat pants until I get home to change there in a more private setting. Upon going out into the subzero temperatures, I found that my knees can accumulate sweat among all the other more commonly saturated areas. When not parked as close as one would like on a frigid day, it turns out you can actually start to freeze up like the tin man if you are polite and stop to talk to anyone. And hot sweat turns quickly into cold sweat given a strong wind chilling breeze, given that my caloric burn had in fact increased, my skin was also pretty cold under my layers of drenched clothes and my “sweat pants” are no longer hot pants but are more of an insulated freezer turning my still sweat pumping body into an ice pack. After changing out of my freezer suit, I have discovered that I still maintained a strong sweat long after mopping the seemingly now flooded bathroom floor, showering and changing, which surprisingly changing out of those frozen sweat pants by the way, is akin to removing a sweaty sports bra and could double as a warm up for an Olympic event.Definitely would purchase again. Probably will get another color too.Just for the laugh 🤪⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leg length
The pant fits overall. However the legs need to be longer. When I pull them up, they rise about 3" above my ankle.I am 5'7.5". I have long legs.

Not for sensitive skin
I got two nasty burns from the material rubbing against my skin. It is not good to wear if you have sensitive skin. Or for a long workout.

Fit ok - you will seat
I got the Capris ones - they fit great in the waist but terrible in the legs - the legs are way to big and do not fit at all. They are too wide and the gap between pants and leg defeats the purpose of the pants - they are supposed to fit tight so that you can sweat more.ALSO .... THEY SMELL REALLY BAD - the chemical smell from them is nauseating - I actually had to wash them on very mild cycle (you are not supposed to) - the pants are fine but the smell is still there. I am worried that those chemicals will seep into my skin and body.AND ..... THEY ARE VERY NOISY - they are really loud when you walk in them - luckily the gym plays music but when I got home you could really hear the noise.Would not buy them again - sorry to say - great idea - bad execution.

Great pants
I got the order before the expected date and I used it on my first work out ... the sweating was amazing!! The only fault I can pick is that they fit perfectly on my waist but found them to be too wide on my calves . Apart from that they are pretty good
