Great Workout Item
I love this jump rope! It's made of such great material ( i believe it seemed like it had an inset of metal in it) and appears to be very sturdy. The length of the rope is quite long but that's only because it's adjustable so everyone can use it!! All you need to do is unscrew the screw and adjust the length of the rope until the rope is long enough for you! So convenient and easy to use! It's such a fun way of cardio- and is so easy to burn calories or to get fit.The product also includes a small bag to carry the rope in which makes it nice to throw it in my gym bag (so it won't get tangled up or won't tangle with other items). This is a great product & I highly recommend it! Also want to include that there is a warranty on this product which is such an awesome feature!

Great speed, great quality
After making a promise to myself to improve my cardiovascular health, I invested in a couple jumping ropes before finally settling on this one. I bought one from Dicks Sporting Goods that was about as worthless as taking an actual rope from the local hardware store. I tried one from a smaller health store that swore to be the best, but again, I was left disappointed. This one has definitely been the winner. The rope cuts through the air quickly – unlike with others, I never feel like I have to play “catch up”. It is aerodynamic and words well. Solid quality and design. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the others before finding this.Overall: nice grip, cuts quickly with little resistance, doesn’t hold me back. Recommended.

[Review Updated] Don't buy if you plan to use it outdoor
[After two weeks of use] -To whom it may concern, do not buy this product if you plan to use this outdoor. I said I used it for two weeks, but I used it for about eight days precisely and the middle section of the rope has torn as well as the metal wire inside. I liked it for the first few days and I can't work out with this jumprope anymore. I'm just a casual jump roper and I didn't expect this shortcoming. So, the rope doesn't work anymore and I regret that I bought this instead of other durable rubber products.. I've never tried this inside but I think it would last longer if you plan to use indoor.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I really love the simplicity of this product. You get more than what you pay for.

Great speed rope
Does exactly what it's supposed to do, get me moving. Cable did not have any memory from being shipped coiled. Took it out of the package and used it right away. The only complaint I have is for my ankles being in such bad shape, but maybe if I exercise more... Seriously, this is a great jump rope. I had a rope one and really got tired of it. This speed rope is what you need if you're doing any speed jumping. I use it in my garage gym. Just toss it over the home made pull up bar and forget about them until I need them again.Since I can't think of a reason to leave extra length, I may cut off the extra lengths at some point. We'll see. They don't bother me.

Fast smooth rope, great for speed. Nice adjustable length feature.
Really happy with this purchase. I bought this jump rope for my son since he is working on foot speed, quickness, and jumping. In the package you get the rope and a nice travel case. The case is nice for storage and makes it easy to throw it in a gym bag. Nice light weight rope that you can get up to speed quickly and maintain. The handles are nice and light, I prefer this to the weighted ropes. One of my favorite features is that it's adjustable. My son is growing fast and the quick adjust handles allow you to adjust to who ever is using the rope. It will also allow him to use it for a long time.

Love love love!
I am a personal trainer on the petite side and find jumping rope a bit of a hassle with the ordeal of tangled cords and having to wrap excess rope around my hands to get a shortened rope. The kinzi has brought back my love to jump rope as its tangle free, rotates on its own and adjust with screws passed the handles that don't get in the way. My local gym introduced it to me and now I've reintroduced it to myself and all of my clients. Tho, they will have to get their own outside of our sessions 😉

Fast foot-coordination and upper-torso body workout! :)
This jump rope is really efficient for fast foot coordination and great upper-torso workout! I thought that the light weight feature of the jump rope would not put any power to the muscles used for the arms and pecks but it definitely does the trick! This rope does the trick for me! After 10 minutes of intense jump roping and accurate non-stop double unders, I could feel the muscles on my upper chest, upper arms, legs, and calves working to its maximum level!I really love this jump rope! It's my first professional jump rope! I love the construction of it! The angle where the rope starts is top-quality! The 90 degree angle makes it hard for the rope to be "chafed" off from the handle! I have no complaints about this! I definitely will recommend this product easily to anybody else who's looking for a workout when gym is not the best financial option for them!

just fine. I have not compared it to other jump ...
The band looks bigger in the picture. The rope is a wire covered in plastic. Sleek, industrial, but smallish. It does work, though, just fine. I have not compared it to other jump ropes. One convenience is that it has adjustable knobs with phillips head for a screw driver to use for adjustment, but adjusts fine by hand, too. The handles are not metal as I thought and would like, they are plastic. An interesting part of the handle is the white tip ends, which rotate with the wire rope. The wires have little plastic end covers, which can be removed so that you can cut the wire shorter if you prefer, as I will, and then slide the plastic cover back on the ends. Overall, not bad. Seems more like a $5-6 purchase though.
