The PDGA rules book is a small enough size that you can carry it with you while playing. I only with it was made of a waterproof material for those days when it's wet or might rain.

Im sure you can get a set of rules somewhere else cheaper but in my opinion this is expensive for a little set of rules , at first I thought it was a joke.
