Misleading description
This is an acceptable item for what it is - an inexpensive way to hold and protect a timepiece - but the item description on Amazon is misleading. It states in more than one instance that the material is "Suede Leather", but it is not - it's actually some sort of synthetic suede-like material. In all honesty, from a moral and ethical perspective, I probably prefer the synthetic material - no animals were harmed - but it is a misleading item description, and the price is probably higher than it should be in light of the actual material.

Works to protect watch, mostly. A component could be sturdier.
I like this pouch because it’s small and lays flat so it doesn’t take up much space in my bureau drawer.However, the trade off is that the insert that is supplied to place the watch around, to keep the watch back and interior of the watch band from rubbing together, is very flimsy. It would be nice if it were firmer and didn’t start to fold up when inserting into the pouch.Another draw back is that there is a plastic cover or guard over the backside of the snap (facing inward to the pouch, so that the metal snap will not scratch the watch). However, I am concerned that this plastic piece might scratch the watch, so I do not snap the flap of the pouch closed. This is not a big deal because I only use the pouch to protect the watch during the evening and night while it is not worn, however, it would be nice if the metal was covered by suede rather than plastic.

Good enough for light duty
This pouch is OK for light storage and is a step up from just throwing your watch in your pocket or purse. Offers decent protection from scratches but not from crushing. The inside of the snap is covered with an adhesive fabric patch to keep from internal scratching, too. This is NOT leather. It's more like a heavy duty felt with a suede texture.

Great value for a simple need.
I was looking for a simple, inexpensive way to carry an extra watch in my briefcase without a lot of bulk and this fits the bill great. The extra piece that you get to put the watch on is something other pouches at twice the cost don't always give you. This is a great value for the price.
