Not what Im use to.
I ordered this stuff when the "dehydrated honey powder" that I usually buy jumped in cost. The price on this stuff remained reasonable so I thought Id try it. Well, this stuff tastes like its more sugar than honey. Its also got a very slight aftertaste, sort of like you get from artificial sweeteners(Im pretty sensitive to that aftertaste). I dont know for sure if they use artificial sweeteners in this stuff or not. Im just telling you what I taste from it. Anyway, this honey "powder" isnt "powder" at all. Its like a jar of tiny processed little balls. The stuff that I usually buy is true "powder" complete with a few lumps and clumps. And the stuff that I usually buy tastes like honey and acts like honey when wetted. This stuff doesnt do either. I guess Ill be going back to what I usually buy. I gave 3 stars because there isnt anything technically wrong with this stuff as a product, I suppose. If its what you're use to then you probably think this stuff is great. Im not use to it though, and have had much better-in my opinion.

Grains are big
It’s not really powdery. It’s rather grainy and needs to be grounded more. It’s like the size of poppy seeds but firmer.

This is great with the peanut butter powder I buy because we don't use either every day and it's always fresh and convenient. It's often a savior for me when I don't like the taste if some of the supplements I blend.

Love it!
I love the convenience of being able to spoon out honey with out the mess. This dissolves well even in cold drinks. It has a great flavor. The flavor is very different than my local honey but is delicious!Easily portable!

This will last me a loooong time.
It wasn’t quite a powder, more granular. I love it anyway. It is real potent so I use maybe 1/2 teaspoon for a tall glass of cold brew coffee. It can be used in many beverages and baked goods.
