Making Doll House Miniatures with Polymer Clay

This book sells for a fairly high price even used, but it is well worth it. It has lots of great little things for a dollhouse and they are easy to make. It has good instructions and good color pictures. Worth the money.

Great book with a lot of instruction for making miniatures (mostly out of polymer clay). Book was in great condition, but the content is what you're really looking for!

Love this book! I have already made a few of the projects and am so excited how they turned out. It opens up techniques that I hadn't thought of before for additional items I would like to make. I would highly recommend this book.

This is a wonderful book full of ideas for making miniatures out of polymer clay for dollhouses and dioramas. Full of wonderful color photos and illistrations, the author does a fine job of walking you through the different types of clay material and techniques in doing so. Make furnishings and accessories for the kitchen, living room, dining room, conservatory, bedroom, bathroom and nursery: make books,a stove, clawfoot tub and more.I highly recommend this as addition for the miniature enthusiast's bookshelf.

I have been chasing this title for over a year as it had great recommendations and anything by Sue Heaser is usually great, but every time I ordered it was suddenly cancelled! Finally it arrived and has to be one of the most useful polymer clay books I hAve found to date. It covers everything from lighting, furniture and yes, even the kitchen sink - literally. In fact you could almost furnish and accessorise your whole dollshouse with just this book.Although hard to get I would highly recommend this book to beginner to advanced miniature enthusiasts, as the instructions are easy to follow for a beginner but also useful for the more advanced.

Sue's book is full of good tips and clever ideas. I am just amazed at what you can do and how easily you can do it with the book's step-by-step guide.I have now bought the book for both of my nieces aged 10 and am looking forward to seeing how they get on. My mother (in her 80s) is having great fun making little miniture items for her grandchildren.This is perfect for making presents for someone who has a doll's house and for someone happy to be a bit creative with some polymer clay. If you know how expensive dolls' minitures are, you will know that it is a good buy!
