Fantastic book! The power of energy medicine was clearly defined with a ton of stories backing up the claims of a technology that is thousands of years old. It just happens to be within us. I found this book captivating and exciting.

This book is fascinating and well written. Most of the theories and concepts discussed here are mind boggling.

Factual information that gives a better understanding to some "mysteries". Easy to skip over the very technical material and learn from the documented anecdotal information. I bought 2 more copies for mu adult children, copied my highlighted portions and gave them the books and made them at least read the highlighted parts in front of me, I felt it is that important. The ideas are easily transferable to personal situations and can easily be implemented immediately.

I was so impressed and blown away by Dawson Church's "Mind to Matter" book I bought this one too - I love the way he quotes so many studies to back up this amazing science. I learned about tapping into the Quantum while I was a Monk in India - now we have books like this to explain how the Kundalini or life force can be tapped into and alter our consciousness forever by reading books and practising the ancient techniques translated to western science.

If there is one book you must read in your entire lifetime, this is it! It will help tremendously if you can learn some basics of human cells, genes, the structure of DNA, and the physiology of of gene expression. These are easy to find on the internet. I was researching these topics and reading them on the fly as I was reading through this book. I am convinced that following the teachings in this book can change your life. I am on that path now and feel blessed.

Very full of factual information, but do yourself a favor and read it anyway! If you won't read this buy Bruce Lipton's cd series "The Wisdom of Your Cells" and listen to it in the car. You need to know this, it will revolutionize your life!

I can see why this book is a best seller; thorough, covers every detail on epigenetic Medicine. Fascinating read for those interested in the power of thought and personal beliefs and how they effect your life and body. Goes deeper than the 'stress kills, happy heals' books on the market, love the scientific explanations and offers many ideas you can do and experiment with in your life for a healthier, happier you. Have the whole house to myself this afternoon and a pot of tea and going to finish reading it today...but so far, fascinating book worth reading. update: such a good book, bought another as a gift for a friend for Christmas who I know will love this book as much as I do!

Our genie in our genes, truly is amazing, it shows how we were created by the creator, and a walking miracle, the same as everything in nature, all designed to unconsciously grow, heal, nutures its self.
