I bought this big so she could wear it for a while. We still use it, and with regular washing it has softened up well. Initially it was a little scratchy with the paint/dye style. The tutu ripped at the seam under the fluffy part after the first use, but it doesn't affect the fit. You just see a lite diaper when she turns a certain way.

Well there's a chemical smell, it is too big, and the skirt is too small. I guess it's a hit or miss with the manufacturer. It's too bad. Now we're trying to find another outfit that is not this brand.
