Once you take off the tape you can’t adjust it..
It was great. Held up all night. But if you put it on wrong you’re not reusing that piece. Which is a bit annoying. Once you stick it to your clothes/body and take it off there’s no second chances. Otherwise I like it

I guess it depends where you use them
I used these tape strips when I went on vacation. At first I was 100% pleased as I used the strips to keep my crop top from riding up on my stomach. I surely didn’t want to be walking around looking like baby Huey and these tape strips were perfect to keep my top down on my belly and not up over it!!However when I used the strips to keep my deep plunge from showing my sticky bra it was a no go. Complete fail. First the fabric lifted from the tape, then the tape lifted from my skin. I eventually just said “forget it y’all will just see these stickers” bc I got tired of fighting to keep them covered.Now I’m not going to act as if it isn’t totally user error. It very well may have been my fault. Perhaps I should have used more strips to fortify. But there isn’t exactly a trial run type of situation when using this tape. It’s do or die. And I died (sigh).

Finally - a body tape that works!
I used the dots to secure a strapless bra under a formal gown. The bra didn't move at all, and I still felt comfortable. I will be using these more often, even for every day, when I feel that my bra straps might show. These are great!

This is the only tape I buy my daughter for her dance costumes when she competes. It really holds well
