Tasty and effective when not melted.
These gummies are great with one BIG draw back...they melt. If it wasn't for that fact they would be perfect. They are very effecting and tasty. I hate taking pills so having gummies really helps, but if you are unlucky and the heat gets to them first, there's not much you can do but toss it.

Very great product taste great the energy level is awesome. It doesn’t give you any jitteriness like coffee or anything. It’s really good product.

I figured maybe take them for a few weeks and finally I would see a slight difference. Nope.I will say I drink a lot of caffeine though. If you drink a lot of caffeinated drinks I would say skip these, like me, they likely won’t work for you either.3 stars instead of the zero stars that i think they deserve because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.I wanted to like them, I mean, I did buy them. I don’t recommend If you drink on average two cups of coffee or more caffeine a day. Your tolerance for this extra vitamin stuff is likely very high like mine. I noticed no difference in clarity or energy nor ability to focus,

Horrible tastes
These have a horrible after taste. Be sure to have a beverage nearby to use as a chaser after chewing these. They do not seem to work either. I took them for a week straight. No change at all.

This worked for me. I used to struggle with brain fog, but now I can focus and retain information much more effectively.

These are actually effective
I’m a 36 year old female with ADHD. when I bought this stuff, I wasn’t expecting much. I usually feel like these types of supplants are just gimmicky. I read several reviews saying these gummies helped with energy. I actually noticed the opposite affect…I felt very CALM, but also focused (not sleepy calm)…like I’m usually overwhelmed by multiple things going on around me…but after taking these, I felt like I could focus on each individual thing happening around me instead of my head spinning. I felt very “ok” with things that would normally over stimulate me, if that makes sense. I wasn’t expecting these to do anything so I’m pleasantly surprised and I don’t feel this is a placebo affect, but I will continue taking these to see if the effectiveness lasts. Only down side is it feels like you are eating a bitter orange peel, but I honestly don’t care how they taste as long as they work.
